I believe in who you are and the person you’re becoming. I’ll take time to get to know what matters to you, help you see strengths you may overlook, and encourage you as you try new things and figure out your next steps. My hope is that you’ll begin to see yourself with more kindness and move forward with greater confidence in who you are. This time is all about you and I’m ready when you are.

You’re tired of overthinking every decision, worrying about what comes next, or feeling like everyone else has life figured out. Maybe you’re navigating school, relationships, or a big transition, and the pressure to get it all right is wearing you down! Maybe you’ve been feeling low, disconnected, and less like yourself, even when things look fine from the outside.

You deserve support before you reach a breaking point. Therapy can help you understand what’s keeping you stuck, find ways to manage overwhelming feelings, and build confidence in your own decisions. Together, we’ll work toward days that feel more manageable, a clearer sense of what you want, and more room to enjoy your life.

I love working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the uncertainty that comes with growing into your next chapter. As a proud two-time Clemson graduate and former high school English teacher, I’ve seen how much pressure young people carry and how meaningful it can be to have someone in your corner.

In session, you’ll have space to be honest about what’s hard without worrying about being judged or having the perfect words. We’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing and develop practical ways to handle the situations that leave you feeling overwhelmed. We’ll move at a pace that helps you feel comfortable while working toward the changes that matter most to you.

My hope is that you begin to recognize your strengths, trust yourself more, and feel better equipped to handle what comes next!

If you’re ready for support and a way forward, schedule a free call and let’s take the next step together.
