Since 2013, Southern Solace Counseling has been providing mental health support, education, and resources to individuals and organizations throughout the Clemson community. In addition to therapy services, our team regularly partners with schools, campus organizations, sororities, parent groups, businesses, and community organizations to deliver engaging presentations on topics related to mental health, resilience, relationships, and personal growth.

All of our presenters have professional backgrounds in clinical mental health and extensive experience helping people navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout, relationships, life transitions, and emotional wellness. Beyond our clinical expertise, we are passionate about making mental health topics practical, engaging, and accessible.
