Southern Solace Counseling is a private therapy practice in downtown Clemson, just steps from campus. Since 2013, our experienced team has specialized in counseling for students, young adults, and professionals navigating anxiety, stress, perfectionism, relationships, and life transitions. We make therapy approachable, effective, and even a little fun, helping you stress less and live more.

We recently had our team therapist book club and discussed Fighting for Our Friendships.

It sparked such an interesting conversation about something we see in therapy all the time: how meaningful, and sometimes complicated friendships can be.
