With a background in yoga and pilates, Sallie offers a grounded, mind-body approach to therapy. She supports clients in slowing down, tuning into their bodies, and using practical grounding tools to support emotional regulation and nervous system balance.

We all know what it feels like to lie awake at night while your mind races, or to realize that spaces you once loved no longer feel like they fit. You might be feeling a bit disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself. I’ve been there! Working together, we will create a place to pause, breathe, and begin to feel steady again.

Life’s twists and turns can feel overwhelming. When stress, anxiety, or uncertainty show up, it can be hard to know which way is up. In our work together, you’ll find a supportive space where you’re seen, heard, and guided with intention toward resilience and clarity.

For the bulk of my career, I’ve worked with college students navigating the everyday pressures of academic life, identity formation, advising, internships, and the adventure (and chaos) of studying abroad.

Those experiences have shaped my deep appreciation for life’s transitions and the courage it takes to grow into who you’re meant to be.

I believe therapy is more than conversation. Drawing from my training in yoga and meditation, I offer an integrative approach that supports both mind and body. Whether you are navigating burnout, a career transition, or simply longing to feel more at home in yourself, you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
