I believe that the world we live in often makes it difficult for us to be authentic and to move towards the things that are important to us. In the development of who we are and who we want to be, sometimes we have to face uncomfortable things. I’m committed to helping people face these obstacles with self-compassion and grace for the purpose of living a fuller and more meaningful life.

I’m especially passionate about working with people struggling with eating disorders or navigating complicated relationships with food, exercise, and their bodies. From my experience working as a therapist at an eating disorder treatment facility, I am equipped to offer my clients an expansive toolbox of skills that can be used to facilitate change – whether food-and-body-related or not!

I believe you are the expert in your own story. We all have narratives and beliefs that inform how we see ourselves and how we live our lives. Although all of these “stories” are valid and have come about for a reason, they are not always truthful or helpful to us in the pursuit of our values. I love supporting people as they re-write or re-frame their stories to help them move towards what they truly want in life.

You deserve to feel free from whatever fears are making your life smaller or keeping you feeling stuck.
I know it can be hard to navigate alone - I’d love to walk that path with you.
