Utilizing Subtle Yoga (a restorative, trauma- informed for all bodies and abilities) principles and mindfulness-based cognitive behavior therapy techniques, you can improve your overall well-being and feel more connected to yourself and others. 


Participants will be led by Mary Ashley Allen through sessions focusing on mindful movement, breathing practices, meditative rhythms, and mind + body awareness.


Think of this class like a restorative, research-supported approach to yoga/mindfulness with the experience and insight of a mental health therapist.





In this course, we will work to rebuild, reawaken, and unblock our minds + bodies by utilizing subtle yoga principles and mindfulness-based cognitive behavior therapy techniques.
